Our Story

Carpet Haat is a family-rooted business with a legacy of more than 50 years in the carpet and rug trade. we dedicated our life to working with traditional artisans and
supplying high-quality carpets and rugs.

From Founder

I, Md Owesh, proudly continued this legacy by taking over the family business and transforming it into Carpet Haat, a modern brand that connects traditional craftsmanship with customers around the world.

Our manufacturing unit is located in Bhadohi, which is known worldwide as one of the largest hubs for handmade carpets and rugs. From here, our skilled artisans carefully craft each piece with attention to detail and quality.
We also operate a warehouse in Kolkata to manage storage, packaging, and global shipping efficiently.
Growing up around carpets and rugs, I learned the value of quality, trust, and long-term relationships with craftsmen. My vision is to preserve our family tradition while expanding our reach globally through online platforms.
