Please note that all sales made through Carpet Haat are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on purchased items. All products undergo strict quality control checks before dispatch, ensuring that you receive the best possible product.

 Manufacturing Defects Policy

 At Carpet Haat, we ensure high-quality carpets and rugs. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing carpethaat@gmail.com with clear photos and a brief description of the issue.

 After verification, we will replace the same item at no additional cost.

Logistical Costs for Returns

  • Prepaid Order Refund: Refunds for prepaid orders are processed promptly within 48 hours after the product is picked up from your location.
  • COD Order Refund: Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed between 10-12 working days after the product is picked up from your location. This process is initiated upon receiving your bank details. Please note that cash refunds are not provided.
  • Return Charges for carpets is ₹500 Per order.
  • Exchange Orders: No charges will be applied.
  • Exchange orders are exempt from any return charges.

 

International orders are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges

Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalized rugs are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
